Kid’s Yoga Club is designed for kids (4-11) to learn yoga basics and breathing techniques in a fun environment! They’ll get active, learn musical rhythms and how to create different crafts, while threading mindfulness throughout it all. Due to covid restrictions, spots in our studio are limited for kid’s club, and reservations are required as we cannot accept walk-ins at this time.... This fun class is also offered virtually! We would not still be here doing what we love if it weren’t for such an amazing community. We are continuing to adapt to the current climate and we thank you for being flexible with us as we navigate and continue to ...provide ways to practice together. As a result of the announcement yesterday regarding additional restrictions, we will be suspending all in-studio classes from Saturday, December 12th to Monday, January 4th. We will continue to offer all of our virtual classes during this time, so sign up for the virtual classes you would like to attend right from your home! Please know that our primary concern is to continue offering a safe haven at the Storms by providing the tools and opportunities to gather.
