Dr. Cicero is a board qualified forefoot and rearfoot /ankle podiatric surgeon and a native of Schuylkill County, PA.... He completed his podiatric medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia in 2017. From 2017-2020 he completed his podiatric medical and surgical / reconstructive rear-foot and ankle residency at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. His training was focused on surgical and conservative treatment of foot and ankle pathology. He is well trained in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, ankle arthroscopy, lower extremity trauma management, diabetic limb salvage and foot care, and sports medicine.
