I have several people to be grateful for. People who helped me have a very successful sale yesterday. My customers, for supporting me to generously throughout the year. My husband Shawn, thank you for understanding how exhausted I was at the end of each day. My in-laws, Sonny and Judy Hoover, for spending the day traveling to each pop-up and for being at the shop bright and early to load three vehicles! My daughter Molly Rimko, for the hours of hard work in the bake-shop. Kathy Williard, for rolling almost 100 nut roll. And Hali Hoover, for cleaning the bake-shop after typhoon Jen went through it. Thank you all for helping me keep it together during the biggest cookie sale I've ever had, (over 5000 cookies!) Merry Christmas everyone
