IPMC Is Temporarily Closed For the safety of our co-workers and patients, IPMC is temporarily closed starting Monday, March 23rd. ACR and CDC are advising to reschedule all non-urgent outpatient visits as necessary. This includes non-urgent imaging: screening mammography, non-urgent computed tomography (CT), ultrasound, plain film x-ray exams, and other non-emergent or elective radiologic and radiologically guided exams and procedures. Our radiologists are working with refer...ring physicians to review and reschedule such exams. Everyone's safety is our top priority, and we wish you, your family and your patients to remain safe and healthy during COVID-19 outbreak.

IPMC is currently not accepting patients who are showing symptoms of respiratory illness (cough, fever, sore throat, etc.) To prevent the spread of COVID-19, please follow recommendations by the CDC. Mildly ill patients should be encouraged to stay home and contact their healthcare provider by phone for guidance about clinical management. Patients who have severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, should seek emergency care immediately. Older patients and individuals who have underlying medical conditions or are immunocompromised should contact their physician early in the course of even mild illness.
