If you cleaned up your bench before and after with a paper towel the paper towel goes into the garbage can. If you are done drinking your water bottle it belongs in the garbage can. We ask that everyone start taking care of the stuff at the gym and keep things nice and neat!! Thank you

Building that bench. Been doing a ton of volume the past month. Today was 6 sets of 3 reps. Weight 225-2x3,235-2x3,255-2x3. Video is last set of 295-1. All reps where a 3 second eccentric and closer grip on the football bar! Let’s get it done!
