Our office will be closed Friday, 7/3 thru Sunday, 7/5 in observance of Independence Day. The gate will still remain open from 7am until dusk.

In response to COVID-19 and for the health of all our customers, our office will be open by appointment only and on an as needed basis. We are asking that payments be made electronically through our website or by calling our office to process payments over the phone. Alternatively, you may drop cash, checks and money orders in mail slot. **Please place mail slot payments in an envelope with the tenant name and unit # to ensure proper payment is posted. ... CASH payments that are not exact change will be posted with a credit towards the following month. To new customers moving in and move-outs: New reservations and MOVE-INS can be made completely online by setting up an account from our website at www.ironforgestorage.com. Upon doing so, you will e-sign the lease agreement and we will confirm your move-in/reservation via email or phone. LOCKS can be provided for $10 + tax ($10.60) which will be placed on your unit with keys on the day/time of your arrival once payment is received or you may stop by our office upon appointment. For MOVE-OUTS, please notify us in writing and place in the mail slot that you have moved out and be sure to pay any remaining balance. In continued response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are constantly assessing how we will service customers during this time as news and updates are changing. At this time, we are asking that customers who are able to pay online, to please do so as this is the best way to stop the spread of any germs. If you are unable to pay online, checks, cash and money orders will continue to be accepted through our mail slot at the office since the office is closed at this time. PLEASE ...BE SURE TO LABEL YOUR ENVELOPES WITH NAME AND UNIT NUMBER/ACCOUNT # TO ENSURE PROPER PAYMENTS ARE POSTED. ALSO, please keep in mind that NO FOOD ITEMS ARE TO BE STORED AT ANY TIME! This has caused a rodent problem in the past and if food is found, you WILL be charged a maintenance fee for the placement of mouse traps. NEW CUSTOMERS: You are able to move-in, sign our lease agreement and pay online! Please do so to avoid unnecessary contact. Once this process is complete, we will open the unit for you and leave a lock if needed. Recommended secure locks are $10 + tax ($10.60). Our office will be open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and as needed.
