AWESOME OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON! IS IT YOU? The Institute of Loving is subletting its space! We have a large room that is suitable for circles, movement, yoga, group therapy, bodywork, all healing arts, meditation classes, or conscious group gatherings. For events we have had up to 40 people in chairs; 15 yoga mats fit easily; and a circle of 20 fits with lots of room to spare. The space is carpeted, and beautifully designed with a very serene and zen like setting.... There is a bathroom, nice sized entry room with sink and a small kitchenette area. Parking is free and ample. There is free trash service and snow removal is prompt and efficient. We are equipped with yoga mats, meditation cushions, plush blankets, and even 4 massage tables and bolsters. There are 22 nice padded chairs for use and 5 tables. All equipment is stored in 2 large closets so the space can also be completely empty for movement. We also have a large flat screen tv for power point presentations, a huge white board for teaching, internet and a stereo system. You could literally move into a 100% ready to go space that is of clear, focused, high frequency energy in an environment of conscious Loving! Your business will benefit greatly from being in this field of energy. That said, I am only looking for conscious, responsible people to sublet. The nature of your business has to be heart-centered or you will not be in alignment with us. This is a sacred space that I have worked very hard to create. I am looking for a responsible Soul-centered person/people who pay their rent on time, take care of the space with respect and love and add to the highest good of the environment. Location is right off of Route 1 in Chadds Ford Business Commons. It is a super safe area that is well maintained and has lots of trees surrounding it. It is close to Route 202 and not to far from West Chester, Media, Glen Mills and Kennett Square. We are looking for one or several people to sub let the space on a regular basis. Institute of Loving uses the space one weekend a month and a few weekends a year. The space is available Monday-Friday afternoon most of the year and 2 - 3 weekends a month. you can sublet part or all of that time. Rates depend on how many days you are subletting.
