Among the many characters I play in this sitcom we call life, the most demanding of roles would be that of the caregiver. In competition with motherhood of cour...se! (Neck&Neck in levels of "HELP! this-be-too-HARD")But there's a physical toll in care-giving that seems to infiltrate the deepest parts of your back & neck muscles like no other strenuous activity. It starts to become chronic in pain & affects your ability to care for someone at your optimal capacity. The words "Long-term Care" for us caregivers is extremely intimidating. The challenges we face today will continue & in some cases progression of difficulty will intensify. My dearest friend Jackie, reached out to offer her talented & extraordinary abilities as Massage Therapist.
