Does anyone know a good architect? We need to get some plans stamped and we're looking for someone to work with on a regular basis.

We did something interesting with these (trade secret). Point is that this is a part of the business; Marketing. Marketing. Marketing. Okay. We, here @ JACT, need your help settling something. Chill, Marry, Kill; Bills, Eagles, Cowboys. If you want my opinion, I'd say Chill with the Bills and ask them how you blew 4 Superbowl's in a row. You marry the Eagles because... ...of course you do. I'd kill the Cowboys because if your an American, then the death of the Cowboys should be in your wedding vows. These are sports deaths, BTW. #WeDontCondoneViolence #EaglesNation #StayJACT

Amy Dobson, senior contributor at Forbes, writes a piece on the real estate markets that will be most vulnerable when the recession comes. Dobson sites Redfin's study which created the "Redfin Housing Downturn Risk Score," to determine the level of risk of downturn in various markets. Her piece only references a few of the 7 metrics used in Redfin's study however it's an interesting read. Sometimes you have to step back and gain perspective. It's a huge city. It's a huge world, even. This perspective causes us to reflect on those that came before us and where we come from. We've finished celebrating Labor Day yesterday and we're reminded of ALL of the gains that society has gotten from the collective action of workers; better wages, reasonable hours and safer working conditions. All of us at JACT started out as labor and we are determined to build on everything that we've learned, over the years, to persevere and gain success.
