Took my jams off after 16 days! Just used a simple mixture of coconut oil and baking soda and scrubbed off the extra adhesive with a nail brush. Then gave them a quick buff. I actually had to trim them because they were too long for me. Can you believe it? Nails are still healthy, not brittle or weak, and no acrylic or gel to scrape off. Now comes the fun part....picking new jams!!!
