To all my high school seniors from the class of 2016, I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for trusting me to take your senior portraits. As I look over these photos, it makes me smile to remember our laughs and adventures along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you. My greatest pleasure is capturing your spirit in photographs at this amazing time of your life. As you make the rounds of graduation parties, take time to reflect on your life and the important people in it. We are all traveling our separate paths but loving each other along the way makes the journey sweeter. There are so many opportunities ahead of you! Embrace them with a smile! I had the pleasure of photographing the wonderful Laing family recently at Hartwood Acres. Gorgeous estate, gorgeous day, gorgeous family! Need I say more?

One of the many reasons (and it's a real biggie) that I love photography is meeting new people. This weekend I met the wonderful Munsch family for a photo shoot in a park. But the weather didn't cooperate so we ended up at Grandma's house and had great fun improvising. Sometimes that's even better than the plan.
