But, meditation is defined as a single point of focus." Our kids give us an amazing opportunity to meditate when we spent time focusing our attention on them!... If I have learned anything about parenting, it’s that kids need attention. They are willing to receive it any way they can get itpositive or negative. When we give them positive attention, they respond with love and kindness. I admit I can get distracted easilyby my phone, clients, work and so many other things at any given time. Being mindful is about taking the deliberate time to slow down and tune in. Try it!
