Tina has been with the firm for 35 years, she manages our firm’s administrative and physical resources in the office. Her role includes a wide range of technical support tasks from contract administration to risk management. Our first employee highlight of 2021, Austin Papp, EIT! Austin graduated from Rowan University in 2017. After 1 year of experience as a structural engineer, He found his way to JBCI and is now celebrating his 2 year anniversary this week! Today, JBCI celebrates Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who devoted his life to a peaceful pursuit of justice, equality & love. We support this pursuit and today's fight to end hate as Dr. King's words remain as relevant as ever.

Trash Transfer-mation Thursday, a recent project completed by JBCI Engineers. Here we modified Trash Transfer Station #3 in Media, PA to improve operations. We designed a new truck access road, a new retaining wall, and a new metal roof enclosure over the pit. Fun fact - during excavation and demolition of the existing retaining wall, we found it to be reinforced with embedded steel railroad ties (which helped prevent the damage of the concrete wall due to impact damage of heavy trash dropped from an old crane
