Adding a bright spot to your news feed, JeffSTAT would like to Congratulate William (Bill) Richard on his retirement after over 50 years of service to the Emergency Services community. Bill began his service as Junior Firefighter in Middletown, Delaware County, served as Paramedic in the City of Chester, and played a part in the education of countless EMS students. COVID-19 may have halted in-person classes... But JeffSTAT's EMT and Paramedic students are keeping on-track with their education with online class meetings. Combining Zoom and a T-3 Simulation System provides the students with an interactive environment even when they can't be in class.

We are saddened to report that after a long illness Dave Scarborough passed away this morning (11/8) with his sister by his side. Dave was a long time member of... the JeffSTAT family both as an EMT and a former transfer center coordinator. May his family and friends find peace during this difficult time. See more
