This Throwback Thursday photo is from the late 1990s. Pictured is Ofc. Bradley. Ofc. Bradley was an ambitious young patrolman, the old timers still speak of his Limitless talent. Ofc. Bradley didn’t stay with us long... because when A Star is Born they tend to move on to bigger and better things.
