Telephone Counseling for Medicare Recipients

ON-LINE PANDEMIC SUPPORT GROUP FORMING Cumberland Valley Rising, a local civic group, is organizing a free online support group to help people who are struggling at this time. While there are no resources to provide financial or other material support, the group will be organized and facilitated by a licensed therapist with experience in stress reduction and trauma who is volunteering her time and expertise. If you or someone you know is having a difficult time right now and... could use some support, consider reaching out. The group will meet weekly for 90 minutes over 4 weeks with an option to continue. WHAT: A weekly support group for adults 18 and older who want to reach out to others in the community to receive and give support to one another during this crisis.
