This was a fun kitchen job that really improved the overall look of the house. We removed the wall behind the existing pantry to open the kitchen up to the dining room. The lighting was a little tricky because of the existing second floor addition. We had to deal with sistered floor joist, air conditioning line sets, duct work and old shingles. The LED recessed lighting, along with the under cabinet lighting give them plenty of well lit, shadow free work areas. We also installed recessed and pendant lighting in the dining room. Other upgrades were two new windows, new front and back exterior doors, storm doors and six panel interior doors. Thank you Jeffrey and Missy for choosing us to complete your project!

This house had no ceiling lights, the switches controlled a receptacle that a lamp could be plugged in. We were able to do two rooms with 6 recessed led lights each, with only one extra opening in the ceiling. We installed led dimmer switches to control the new lights and wired the receptacles to stay on all the time. We also added new fan boxes and fans to the existing switch locations.

Kitchen update. The homeowners updated their old counters with a nice granite. We installed a 3x6 white beveled subway tile and continued it around the window to the ceiling.

Here are a couple 6 panel doors we put in to replace flush luan doors. This is just one of many options. We can install a few different styles of 2 panel, 5 panel and 6 panel doors with hardware for around $200.00 each. It's a good way to update the look of your home.

Before and after of our fireplace. First we built a hearth, then added the stone vaneer and Carolina stone mantle and hearth salves. Installed a Quadrafire insert and finally the distressed shiplap vertical walls.

This was a garage rebuild after the customers car fire caused major damage. We finished off the inside with shiplap pine walls, shelving and bench.

Don't forget that we repair screens. We finished 20+ screens and some pet screens for customers who are getting ready for the mild week ahead.
