Earlier today an advertisement was posted at Boyer's in Orwigsburg regarding estate planning services and a holiday discount for our volunteer firefighters and EMTs in Schuylkill County. The pricing on this flyer was incorrect. The $1,000 rate posted was NOT for a Simple Estate Package. The correct flat fee for the Simple Estate Package, which includes a self-proving Last Will and Testament, Durable General Power of Attorney, and Living Will is $250, discounted to $200 for volunteer firefighters and EMTs in Schuylkill County. I deeply apologize for this mistake.
