John Fitzgerald Memorial Golf Classic

Golfers, Sponsors, and Volunteers, The John Fitzgerald Memorial Golf Classic is less than a week away now and we are wrapping up the details. We have over 160 golfers, received over 100 sponsorships, and have a great group joining us for dinner! The bus is scheduled to leave Cawley's at 10:30 on Friday morning to bring all of our supporters from Delco to the course. We are asking all golfers to get to Lederach Golf Course by 11:30 am to register. The driving range will be open and is included in the green fees. Dinner will start around 6:15. We are now just three short weeks away from the John Fitzgerald Memorial Golf Classic. We are finalizing all of the plans for the tournament. We thought we woul...d provide a schedule for the day: September 27th 11:30 - Registration Begins 11:30 - 12:45 - Driving Range is open and included 12:45 - Photos 1:00 - Shotgun Start 6:00 - Barbecue Dinner and Awards All golfers are invited to attend dinner as it is included in your green fees. Beer and Wine will be served. If anyone wants to attend dinner only, please send an email to [email protected] so we can plan accordingly. Dinner is $60 pp. We have had a tremendous turnout from Delco and Chuck Cawley and Greg Krohmer are coordinating a bus or two to bring everyone to the course and home after the dinner. The John Fitzgerald Memorial Golf Classic is really coming together now. We are just over 30 days out and we now have a waiting list for golf tournament. Thanks to all who helped us get the "word" out regarding the tournament. We are urging all of our golfers who registered to send in their checks by August 27th. We would hate to turn a couple of foursomes away only to have foursomes that registered earlier not show up. Sending in the checks by the 27th will help us avoid thi...s issue. We continue to request sponsorship support. The sponsorships will help us fund the tournament and also help with John's sons college expenses. Finally, we will be hosting a barbecue dinner at the conclusion of the golf. Golfers, Sponsors, and Volunteers, We are now in August and the John Fitzgerald Memorial Golf Classic in less than 60 days away. The support has been amazing! We have over 160 golfers registered, over 75 sponsors, (we could certainly use some additional sponsors) and family and friends have volunteered to help us get ready for the big day! We are now asking for all of our golfers and sponsors to send their checks in as soon as possible. ...We also need the email addresses for each golfer so we can send the confirmations out once the check is received. We also need our generous sponsors to send the payment in as we need to start providing payment to the course and the restaurant for the festivities following the tournament.
