Thought I would share this here for those of you who are not friends with me on my personal fb page. I always like to see my friends and clients save money.

While price is important, you do need to look at the cash needed to buy the house and the monthly payments. While I always hate to see a client lose a house over a few dollars a month, it is my job when I am working with a buyer to save them money in all phases of the home buying process (the price of the house, seller credits, interest rates, fees, lender credits, etc.).
