Winter Farmers Market Coronavirus Update: WE ARE OPEN The Wolf Administration has deemed farmers markets in PA as ‘essential’ and the PA Dept of Ag has agreed t...hey should stay open during the coronavirus pandemic. The YFM will be open for the April 4 and April 18 winter markets from 9 AM to 12 PM on the grounds of the Yardley Friends Meeting, 65 N. Main St, Yardley unless we hear otherwise from the authorities. It is our goal to operate a safely as possible for our customers and vendors. Be sure to check regularly on the website, the newsletter, Facebook and Instagram for updates and changes to these procedures. 1. THE MARKET WILL BE OUTSIDE. We will create a functional layout and space out vendors from one another. With your cooperation, we will also space out the customer lines as much as possible. Please leave at least 6 ft. between you and other customers. 2. PRE-ORDER AND PRE-PAY when possible. See item 9. 3. When possible, please have only one person from your household shop the market and pick up your pre-ordered food to keep crowds at a minimum. 4. Customers may not touch any produce or products until purchased. Only producers and their staff are permitted to do so. 5. Vendors are not permitted to provide samples of food. 6. The bathrooms at the Yardley Friends Meeting are for vendors only. 7. Please BRING YOUR OWN hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes. We have a limited supply at the Market. 8.
