Be sure to check out our new artist Marci Barrows Some of her artist statement - Marci Barrows’ formal artistic journey started at Albright College. Informally, throughout Marci’s childhood and school years, she was fascinated by the natural world, enamored by the garden and passionate about art. At Albright, she had the opportunity to take various fine art and art history classes. Although her major in Environmental Science (‘09) led her on a career path as a current Pro...fessional Wetland Scientist (PWS), her artwork has ever evolved to focus on the natural world. She attended various art shows and has been showcased at local shops. Marci’s artwork consists of mixed media, watercolor and penwork, and nature photography. She takes pride in capturing the beauty in the everyday, while creating whimsical pieces to bring joy and focus to the natural world.
