Hello everyone! Are you enjoying the frigid temps? We are looking forward to Spring 2021 already and planning some improvements to our customer communication and payment options. These include an interactive GPS map to see when our crew will arrive at your house on the day of your service, as well as a text based communication to keep you up to date on your projects progression. We also added a financing option through Wisetack! This allows customers to apply for a 3 month to 24 month payment option, anywhere from $500-$15k dollars! We look forward to growing and pleasing more customers next year.

Another long day in Madison Farms this week. We’re still scheduling until the temperatures fall!

I believe this was our largest driveway ever! 1700 foot long lane finished in less than 5 hours! Some parts felt vertical while pushing a 300+ pound crack machine uphill. All on two hours of sleep! Gotta love those early court appearances after a midnight shift

Some work from the last two weeks. We’re scheduling 22 customers over the next 6 days! We only have 5-10 more slots available this year due to the cold temperatures arriving early. We’re hoping for one more warm week in October! 2020 is almost over!

A couple of recommendations from our customers. More important than our profitability is our relationship with our customers. We have a limited amount of availability left this year. These cold overnight temperatures are shutting us down for a few days, but well be back out on Tuesday!

Happy fall everyone! Our season is officially over. We have three more days of work scheduled but we’re done taking new customers. It’s bittersweet because we would like to keep on pushing as our growth this year has been INSANE! We managed to service 127% more customers this year than 2019! Increasing from 86 customers to 196 in 2020! To say I’ve impressed myself is an understatement. We’re still getting multiple estimate requests a day and you’ll receive yours, price guaranteed for Spring 2021. After such a strange start to the year with COVID-19, it turned out to be my businesses most successful. Thank you again to all who have chosen to support my business and the kind words for the law enforcement community you gave when we met. I’m so excited to see what next year has in store.
