We’ve been receiving reports that a woman claiming to be from Jordan Auto Parts has been calling customers and requesting gift cards as payment for orders. We want to be very clear: THIS PERSON IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH JORDAN AUTO PARTS, INC. OR ANY OF OUR OUTLYING STORES!! Our inventory system is set up to handle payments in the form of cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, wire/bank transfer, Zelle transfer, and Mastercard and Visa debit/credit cards from local and estab...lished customers. Non-local, non-established customers are required to pay through wire/bank transfer, Zelle transfer, or check. We have no way to accept gift cards to retail stores as payment, and we would NOT accept them at any time at any location. Also, the description of the woman requesting payment does not match any of our employees. We are currently conducting an investigation into how our number was spoofed. If someone calls you claiming to be from Jordan Auto Parts and requests gift cards as payment for your parts, please call 724-943-3522 immediately with the information so we can attempt to track who is trying to defraud our customers. We value the trust and relationships we’ve established with our customers over 34 years, and we would not jeopardize that trust, our reputation, or the livelihood of the employees who serve you.

With heavy hearts full of sadness, we at Jordan Auto Parts share the unexpected passing of David P. Schubert, known as Paul to his coworkers and customers. Paul brought joy to his coworkers for nine years as he ran Jordan Auto Parts of Masontown. He was a dedicated, loyal, hardworking, and organized employee, but more importantly, he was a friend full of joy to each and every one of us. His absense in our lives and workplace is felt deeply, and the impact he had on each one of us will last for years to come. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
