Had an amazing couple of days supporting The Breathing Room Foundation at their "Celebration of Life" gala and "Golf Classic" fundraisers! This organization does great work to support families battling cancer. Worth every dollar and/or volunteer time I can give! If you want to know more about what they do be sure to hop over to their Facebook page. (p.s. -- the Philadelphia Cricket Club is an amazing course! Go play it if you get a chance!)

Proud to support Jenkintown Music Theatre and their production of Mamma Mia! Only a few more shows remain and even less tickets remain. Be sure to catch it before it’s gone!

Knowledge is power...staying on top of my game this morning by sitting in an educational seminar on working with buyers and looking at some trends that are happening in the industry.

It's Taco Tuesday! And today's trip takes me down to Center City to Lucha Cartel. It's a smaller space but a super cool vibe and great drinks. And the tacos were pretty spot on too. Where should I hit up next on my taco journey? Tell me your favorite jawn and I'll add it to the list!

It isn't coincidence this story keeps popping up in the news...millennials aren't the "slackers" that stereotypes try to make them all to be. The majority are motivated, and figuring out how to skip past that renting step. (if you don't have time to watch the story, here's the short: a 22 year-old Temple student bought a property and rents the downstairs out...he covers his mortgage and has a little extra each month to put towards books)

I talk about homes are where memories happen...so I had to share this memory we made today on our front porch! The girls were all dressed up for school picture day AND we were on time for once AND they actually smiled for the camera too. #ParentWin

Been a crazy 24 hours of negotiations...but in the past 24 hours I've had TWO clients successfully go under contract. If you're wondering if the Philly market is still doing great, the answer is "yes" haha!

Of my many skills, I'm highly trained in the art of holding one end of the tape measure... Having fun on a Friday measuring my client's new space as she preps for her big move-in day! And yes, feel free to ask for help on anything! I've mowed a client's yard as a "closing day" present, I've helped measure rooms, paint, and more! I love being a part of helping you make your four walls become a home!

Our communities are made infinitely better by non-profits and volunteers that work hard to improve life...I bought my tickets to The Breathing Room Foundation's "Celebration of Life" gala and I hope you might consider joining me! The BRF raises funds to support families who have someone in their house that has been diagnosed with cancer and gives additional help like rides to doctor visits if they don't have transportation. Thanks BRF for making our community better!
