The office of Governor Tom Wolf and Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) announced changes to the Rental Relief Program (RRP) and Pandemic Mortgage Assist...ance Program (PMAP) that make it more likely that your landlord or lender will accept the payments.
