Carl got fitted with a @saddlemen #explorer on his #fatboy. He didn’t even have to do a demo ride even though he could have! He knew as soon as he sat on it that it was the seat for him! Find them at your local #seatcenter dealer. #jscustoms #saddlemenseats #dragspecialties #comfortformiles #geltechnology #supportyourlocalindependentlyownedbikeshop @ JS Customs

When I walked into the shop this morning, I had a couple cards waiting for me. I really needed this after a rather unpleasant conversation with someone last week in which I tried to explain that I was trying to do the best thing for a customer in a bad situation. This lady put me on blast for not doing work on her friend’s bike that I deemed not necessary until other issues were addressed. Tried explaining that it wasn’t safe to ride... but anyway... I take that stuff to heart and this made me smile. It feels good to know that as we strive for excellence in customer service that it’s appreciated. #jscustoms #customerserviceiseverything #supportyourlocalindependentlyownedbikeshop @ JS Customs
