This is a thicker custom system that was repaired by another hair replacement salon. This poor guy was quoted $200 and charged $300 for the repair only to have this happen after two months of wear. It seems production time on hair is starting to pick up now that hopefully this pandemic is coming to an end. One of my customers who wears custom hair finally got his order in and said the quality was like nothing he's ever had before! Before going out on my own I did extensive research on the best hair systems out there. I took complaints of existing customers of mine at the salon I used to work for into consideration. It's a good feeling to have control over the quality my customers receive. So things may have taken a little longer but sometimes good quality and a skilled hair technician is worth the wait. Reflecting on this past year I made a decision to start my own non surgical hair replacement business in November 2019. I said "2020s going to be my year!" And with all the set backs and hurtles guess what? It was! I wanted more for my clients, my family, and myself. Someone I used to work for once told me if I had my own business I'd never make $$. I've learned you can be fair and honest in business and it's not all about money.
