Guiding operations will be in full swing for 2021 with the appropriate Covid-19 guide lines in place. For 2021 I will be offering some pre spawn float trips starting mid March through first week of May, these trips can be had for full or half days and can accommodate 1-2 anglers. Contact me if you would like to schedule a Guided float trip, pre spawn or summer. ... We do not offer trips after the first week in May through June 15 to ensure we are not stressing spawning fish or pulling them away from their spawning beds. New for 2021 I will be offering custom tied Flies at request. Contact me if you have a fly pattern you would like to discuss. I’ll be offering Clouser minnows , Murdich minnows, leaches, Helgermites, crayfish, game changer style streamers and other streamers variations along with custom double barrel poppers . I will post examples and pricing in the future.

Update- To all that have contacted me regarding trips and the recent change’s in the Guiding restrictions that are in place, I will continue to keep my Guide Service closed for the safety of my Clients and my Family. New restrictions are in place for walk and wade trips with maintaining a 6’ social distancing. ... I do not offer these types of trips, all my trips are in a drift boat. My duty as a responsible Independent Guide is to insure my clients are safe and have a enjoyable experience. I feel 6’ social distancing is not possible in a drift boat and I refuse to put anyone at risk. You’re day on the water with me is meant to be a enjoyable relaxing experience, and it would not be much fun if we are in face masks and gloves, not to mention the risks with close quarters while shuttling Vehicles. You’re safety is our utmost importance. I will continue to reevaluate the situation thru the next month and will make a determination on the summer season trips. Thank you and stay safe!

Due to the recent Covid -19 Pandemic I will not be offering any Spring Pre-Spawn Smallmouth float trips. I typically do not get my guides license until April and right now I’m just holding off to see how the season is going to shake out. I’m hoping by mid summer we can resume float trips on the rivers for the epic top water bite! ... When we are back to normalcy I will reevaluate the season and let everyone know when my services will be available. Thank you and Stay safe .

These boats are a game changer! I have had one for several years and would not be with out one now. It is the perfect boat for floating and fishing our smaller waterways in Pennsylvania that have no boat access ramps . Having one of these opens a lot of fishing opportunities to Waters that can’t be floated by larger boats .

After much thought I have Decided not to offer any Guide trips for the remainder of the year due to the Covid-19 resurgence I think it’s the safest thing for you and my family by not taking the chance of exposing anyone in the tight quarters of a Drift boat. Those that have inquired about trips I’ll be glad to schedule you for the 2021 season , contact me and we will get it on the schedule early for either pre spawn fishing or summer/fall trip. As some of you know I spend the majority of my time on the water Guiding PHWFF Participants for both bass and trout.
