Insalata caprese is an antipasto dish made of sliced tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil drizzled with olive oil and lightly seasoned with salt. It’s a light and refreshing dish that makes a great start for any menu.

Celebrate a particular culture at your catered event by instituting themed stations. Viva Mexico with a taco bar: Guests can add black beans, rice, guacamole, or different salsas to liven up their lunch. Or go Italian with a pasta station, providing olives, cheeses, eggplant, peppers, and other ingredients.
