Our Lady Joy of all in Sorrow, Pray for us! O Most-holy Mother of God, Joy of all the Sorrowful Grant thy mercy to us sinners. Thy Son now sits on the throne of the Eternal Kingdom,... And all our troubles thou seest; thou knowest them as they occur. Thou hast always prayed to Christ God for the faithful, And hast relieved much pain and misery of the sorrowful. O Holy Virgin, never cease, to the end of time, To pray for the salvation of our race. God hast made thee even more glorious than the Seraphim: O hasten to us, O Joy of all the Sorrowful! See more

Hello Everyone, The following is information about the Pig Roast: Date: Saturday, August 22... Place: 1901 Mulberry St., Scranton PA Time: 2:00pm (3pm we serve, 4pm dancing starts) The Address above is to the Everhart Museum. If you drive there and the museum entrance is on your left, we have the pavillion that is on the left side of the park, past the pools. Check-In: Please make sure to stop at the check in table. We are hand-stamping everyone who has a purchased ticket. If you don't get your hand stamped, you will not be served food. The park is an open area (Where random people can just walk around), and this is going to help the catering staff distinguish if they can serve you. COVID STUFF: This event is a Private Event, and is not affiliated with St. Michaels. We are registered with the park as a private party. please bring your trusty masks and hand sanitizer so we can show that we are responsible, amazing people, who care about health and safety..... we don't know what to expect with this year's challenge, please in your charity pray that all goes well and no one bothers us. Weather: As of today, the forecast will be 88 Degrees.... Sadly, we just found out that the part of the park that we have reserved will NOT have running water. We will of course have water and will have lemonade, iced tea and other adult beverages, but if you want to bring your own cooler with Ice and Water, it will be a GREAT help with keeping you and/or loved ones comfortable and hydrated. Bathrooms: We are more lucky at the park because there is not one, but TWO portable toilets for our exclusive use. However, that being said, and as per above, there is no water... so please consider bringing some hand sanitizer... We again will have hand sanitizer, but it will be an added comfort if you can quickly whip out a sanitizer for a loved one :-) Seating: there are only picnic tables at the park, and they will be arranged at the area where we are serving food. So as a suggestion, PLEASE bring folding chairs or blankets if you want to get close to the band to listen or to collapse in the heat where we can throw water on you to revive you. Also, this will help with our public display of "Social Distancing" for snooping weirdos. Additional Tickets: We still have about 15pig roast tickets left. The deadline for purchase is this TUESDAY, August 18. Final Note: Please consider bringing cash or checks supporting our 50/50 Raffle and the Raffle Baskets that will be on display. We have some wonderful prizes, and by supporting these things, you not only have a chance of winning, but you are supporting our future speakers/projects/events. Please support by purchasing as many tickets as you can!... the prizes are AMAZING Any questions, please just let us know. God Bless and looking forward to seeing you there!

In the Christian life, it is so important that we come together to join in camaraderie! Sharing our joys and sorrows in the gift of friendship is so important! We must help one another, especially in our friendships, work together to achieve Heaven and a greater love of God!
