Are you or someone you know in need of Mom & Me Yoga? This little one is "allowing" her Mom a real shavasana at the end of class. She's been coming since she was very tiny (now 7.5 months) and is used to the format...and loves it! Babies need not be totally Zen; we take all kinds! This class is offered in Bryn Mawr at Belly Pilates twice weekly (Mon, Wed at 10) and North Wales Whole Body Yoga (Fridays, 11am). Check it out!!
