SPECIAL OFFER: It's The Season of Giving Every year the Lycoming County SPCA collects toys, & enrichment items to benefit the dogs, cats and small animals that are in their care. As we all know, this year has certainly been like no other and with this, the SPCA has had to close theirs to the public and start running by appointment only. Without daily visitors, the volunteers and staff have spent as much time as they can with the animals .However, with all the downtime the ...animals have, they need these items such as Nylabones, Cat Scratchers, & Chew Toys to keep them busy and keep their stress level to a minimum. Christmas morning, the Lycoming County SPCA will host a livestream on Facebook of all of the animals opening their special gifts that generous folks like you donate!
