The first and largest item for Keegans birthday bash is here!!

We are super happy to announce the amazing support we got from the disc golf fundraiser. It made $1,040 in just 36 hours!!! We will be able to donate 21 gift cards to families. We are super blessed to be able to continue to help families with babies like Keegan.

One of my friends groups is doing a fundraiser for us. Attached is their fundraiser. We think its is pretty awesome. Hope many of yall are getting up and getting fed before tourneys, casual rounds, and/or just buying a bunch of discs with no regard to financial responsi...bility (like me)! This post is a little different, but it is one I am extremely proud to bring you all and I am humbled at the message and purpose behind it. Cory Boring brought an idea to me of something he wanted to do to both give back to this community as well as a charity started by two of his friends, Sean and Shelby Burns. This charity is called "Karing for Keegan". He is donating the 3 discs pictured here as a 1st and 2nd prize for a random drawing that will be held for anyone who donates to Karing for Keegan between now and 8:00p.m. CST tomorrow evening, 4/4/2021. Every $5 donated counts as 1 entry into the drawing with no limit to the amount of entries you can earn. Once you donate, please take a screen shot and post a photo in the comments showing the amount so we can keep track of the entries! Please see below for the charity's "why" and the ways you can donate: "Karing For Keegan is a nonprofit 501c that was started to honor the memory of our daughter who passed away after 27 days in the NICU. During that time we came to discover a great need for gas gift cards for families who have to travel to see their babies in the NICU. We wanted to relieve some of that worry so that parents can focus on their babies in the NICU. We donate gift cards to Johnstown Conemaugh NICU, Precious Life in Altoona, and CHP NICU." Proud big brother Emmit dropped off more gift cards for the Conemaugh NICU today. We are blessed to be able to continue to help families, and remember Keegan in such a positive way. We miss our girl so much everyday. But we know she is watching over and blessing so many others.

It is heart month and Emmit made this video to share about his heart. Emmit was born with transposition of the great arteries and is a super smart guy about his condition. I hope you enjoy!

Tomorrow will be Mommys first birthday without you. I won't ever have a picture of you and Emmit when you were alive. I don't get to enjoy the babies things I thought I would this year. I feel this sadness and emptiness and its hard to imagine celebrating without you. Emmit saw me crying by your stuff, and I told him I was sad because you wouldn't be here for my birthday, your amazing brother goes... yes she is Mommy, she is a spirit. My beautiful angel, I miss you.
