Just got off the phone with the mortgage broker, she has confirmed with me we are currently looking at a minimum credit score of 640, in comparison to the 580 a couple months back. We are all hoping things go back to normal soon. I know the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors is working hard to change the restrictions brought on by the Covid-19.
