A good range hood is worth the investment!
This is a two stage recipe for pickled vegetables, which is really simple but not great for a video segment. Recipe below; I did not use peppers but added broccoli, pimento and cooked beets. First step is to brine overnight, then drain and rise well before adding pickling solution - and let them marinade for at least 3 days in the fridge. Lasts up to a month in the fridge!
