As I lay here in bed during yet *another* snowy day in Pennsylvania, I can’t help but dream of warmer days and brighter skies. They say you always have to get through the rain if you’re ever going to see a rainbow, right? #kaylathehairwizard

Well, this transformation was one for the books. This new client came to me with tape extensions that were in her hair for FOUR MONTHS (which is way toooooooo long) and some seriously faded color. Our goal was to remove the old extensions and matting, slay those red roots, and add in 30 @donnabellahair tape extensions. Total transformation time was 5.5 hours. ... I don’t typically post photos like this from in my chair because, in my head, they’re not Instagram worthy. They don’t have the nice, solid backgrounds and the perfect studio lighting. But sometimes the work just speaks for itself and you don’t need all the fancy bells and whistles. One of my dear clients wanted to treat her mother to a long overdue hair makeover. It took me 4.5 hours and a whole tub of bleach, but boy was it worth it. She finally has the blonde of her dreams!
