We have been added to the rotation of the Pocono Hub on the Allstarlink network. There are some other modes tied in as well. For more information check out https://www.kc3pmb.club/

If your 10 meter radio has a DTMF pad there are some commands that work. The newest ones are the day by entering *83 or the day and date by entering *84. *81 ...is what you hear at the top of the hour and *82 is also what you hear at the top of the hour except using hours format (15 hours 5 minutes for example) This actually works on any of the 4 frequencies not just 10 meters - 147.3 444.9 and 52.49 See more

I have added a voice id to 52.490 simplex link. It says KB3AWQ pl 173.8. Figured this would help more if there are any openings

The 29.500 simplex PL 173.8 is in testing mode. Yesterday afternoon it made its first fully working appearance. The Allstar node is 513962 but to connect, use... 513963 or Echolink Node 277377, which is the hub I have here at the house. The setup consists of a modded Kenwood TK-6110 which I have set to 50 watts. The antenna is a Solarcon Antron 99 which is currently mounted on the fence post (about 7 ft off the ground) while testing. It is planned for it to go up the tower probably around the 70 foot mark eventually. Even though it is a simplex link, it does have a Morse code courtesy beep depending on where the signal is coming from. It is linked to 444.900, 147.300 and 52.490 here in Williamsport See more

If your hearing this, use PL 173.8 and simplex to come back

I have a Raspberry pi 3 running here at the house and have an Allstarlink hub (513963) set up that the equipment is connected to. This takes are of the incomin...g connection issues on Echolink and on Allstarlink that I have had from the tower site. So you can connect to KB3AWQ-R Echolink node # 277377 and Allstarlink node number 513963 come through the system. I am still working on stuff so will post more as it happens. See more

52.490 is back on and connected to Allstar link and Echolink as is 444.900 is. 147.300 is still connected in to.

444.900 and 52.490 are off the air as they get an upgrade from a Cat-200 controller to a Raspberry Pi 2. In addition to Echolink which has been on for 15 years, this will also allow for Allstar Link and probably some other features. I'm still learning. I'll post back when things are back on. 147.3 is still on and will still be linked into the mix as it has been along with UHF and 6.

W3AHS-R node # 277377 for Echolink is now KB3AWQ-R but still node # 277377 as I swapped them. In coming weeks the plan is to swap the cat-200 controller out for the 444.900 repeater and 52.490 simplex link remote base to a Raspberry pi 2 using two ra-30's and will give the the 147.3, 444.9 and 52.49 echolink and allstarlink and the raspberry pi will act as the controller for the repeater.

The 6 meter folded dipole is now facing north west. It was southeast. The south east stuff has a pretty good null now. Give 52.490 PL 173.8 simplex a try
