Junior troop 52243 and Brownie troop 52240 visited the farm last week and participated in a Seed Science class. We still have a few open dates left if your troop is interested in scheduling a class with us!

Planting a square foot garden is a great way to get kids started with gardening. This innovative method allows you to grow a garden in almost any backyard. All participants will go home with the plants & seeds they need to start their own square foot garden.

Troop 52237 visited the farm the other evening to earn their planting badges. We tested the soil, mixed up a batch of fertilizer, and planted potatoes and onions.
