This is an ex-museum piece and unfortunately has a number finely etched into the top. It also has the same catalog number painted on the base (I assume the paint can be removed but have not tried). It has an open pontil. It is finely done. A very thick utility piece with petal patterns around the base and a pontil scare in the center, ribs near the... base and a quilted diamond pattern above with ribs around the top . It is a very dark green with very little light shining through. Around 1 7/8" tall and around 2 3/8" diameter. There is some dust/dirt build up in the notches, I have not cleaned it and something is rattling around inside (dried ink or cork or... I have not been able to get it to be visible or near the hole). Questions ask.
