We're happy to announce that beginning Friday, May 1st, we will be able to begin some limited in-home and in-business services that qualify as construction and repair. This includes furniture delivery and assembly, pool table repairs, and moving services. Our retail store continues to be closed until further notice, and no in-store services (such as cue repairs) are being offered at this time. Our first two weeks are booked, but please call or message us if you would like to schedule services for later in May. We look forward to serving you!

IMPORTANT ALERT REGARDING COVID-19: To our valued customers and friends, in response to the COVID-19 situation and in accordance with government recommendations: Our brick-and-mortar retail store is currently closed and will remain as such until further notice, when it is deemed safe and appropriate to resume normal operations. We will continue to fulfill orders for Y2PLAY Stores, our internet sales division. We will be following normal procedures and all orders placed prior to 1:00pm EST on weekdays are expected to be fulfilled the same day, with orders placed after 1:00pm EST being fulfilled no later than the next business day. Local customers may place an order on our website, www.y2playstores.com, and select local pickup as an option. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number at which you may be reached. We will contact you when the order is ready and provide pickup instructions. Please do not attempt to enter the store. Only credit card payments will be accepted at this time. No cash, check, or financing options are available. We will continue repair services for instruments and equipment which is already in-house. You will be contacted when your repair is ready to be picked up and provided instructions for payment and pick up procedures. All service calls, repairs, deliveries, and other appointments normally conducted off-site are postponed until further notice. We are following the recommendations of health professionals and are sanitizing our work environment for the safety of our employees. Employees have been advised to stay home if they are showing symptoms and have been given the option to voluntarily stay home if they are concerned otherwise. Hey Everyone! Just letting you know that beginning Monday, July 27, we will be offing extended hours to better serve you. We will now be open Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, closed Sundays. Most music lessons remain canceled until further notice, but repair and other services are available.
