I can’t believe this was over 4 months ago and 23 pounds ago! When Jack left for bootcamp I told myself I would do the hard things for me, while he was doing the hard things for him. The purpose was 2 fold really... Number 1, I had been procrastinating for too long on my own health and fitness and 2, it truly helped to take my mind off of him. I worked out at the gym 3 days a week and I walked 3 miles a day 3x a week. I’ve taken a short break during the holidays but I j...ust filled out my January calendar and guess what?! All my walks and gym visits are scheduled! I couldn’t have done it without the help of Berta, Missy and Kyle @kinetik_fitness. Thank you so much. Bring on 2021 and new goals!
