We stand here together on settlement day and feel blessed. However, this one was tough...their journey had many ups and downs during the home buying process and at many times seemed very unfair. Through no fault of their own, they faced an uphill battle that we didn’t even know if we could conquer until two days ago. They remained focused, though, they put their faith in me and in the process, and were so gracious even when things didn’t look good. I only met them a few months ago for the first time, but they will forever have a place in my heart. Congratulations to an amazing family, and I wish you all the best in your beautiful new home!

Many Central Pennsylvania residents are experiencing "Food Insecurity" right in our own neighborhoods. Starting today and running through the end of February, Century 21 Realty Services agents and staff are collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations that will benefit local families. Had an appointment this afternoon with new clients, and this was the gorgeous view!!! It was absolutely breathtaking!

2020 has certainly been a challenging year like no other. Despite all the ups and downs, it has been a strong year in real estate.
