KBC will be open this coming Thursday for the first time in a long time. It will be the First Diaspora Pot from @mealz.by.me which will be a monthly event. Diaspora pot at KBC. Diaspora pot is a food experience that focuses on flavors and food traditions that drive from Africa. We are showcasing food that is inspired by my heritage and passion. Afro Caribbean, latinx, south Asian and American black food cultural that all have a root back to Africa. Supporting Diaspora pot would mean you can help also feed those in need. 20% of the profits made from the sales will be used to purchase equipment, ingredients and packaging to produce over 150 meals each month to be distributed.
