As of today, about 1 in 4, over 24% of Pennsylvanians are unemployed. This does not count the many more independent contractors and sole proprietors who will be... permitted to file in the coming weeks who currently are not permitted to work or have no work. If you or someone you know needs help finding work please reach out. I will do my best to help you find a job. I’m no expert but I can do resume reviews, reach out to my network and walk with you through the process. This is not patronizing cant like so many of the memes and hashtags out there. I am here for you and have true empathy with your situation. If you are someone who previously had a career in a field but is or will be forced to take what seems like a less desirable position, I encourage you to take it. First, it’s literally not your fault that you’re in this situation so don’t do that to yourself. Second, working and doing what you can is going to be a sign to employers that you want work and have the perseverance to get through anything. Third, that something may open up new opportunities of which you never would have been aware. There are a million more reasons. Keep up the hustle and please, please reach out. Wegmans is hiring in Mechanicsburg for maintenance positions. I lived in Syracuse NY for a good portion of my life. Wegmans is a good company to work for and seems to treat their people very well. It would be a great way to start with a good company.

Rite Aid is hiring. The position below is for an executive assistant in Camp Hill. At the outset of this nightmare Rite Aid indicates they would be hiring 5,000 people on a short to long term basis.
