In 2016 my client Ray purchased this house to be his forever home. Sadly last year I received a call from his daughter informing me that Ray had passed. She saw my magnet on the refrigerator and ask me how to sell the house. I set her up with a probate attorney to set up an estate, we also made some repairs to the house and got it all ready to sell. I would drive by this house from time to time to make sure all is well with the house. Yesterday was the settlement for this house for a new happy buyer and Ray’s daughter will receive an inheritance from the sale of the house. Sometimes chapters end and new chapters begin.
