Keystone Striper Club Raystown Lake

Lake elevation 9-12-2018 is aprox 797.5 feet. Normal pool is 786 feet. 9-09-18 water was at normal pool which means the water rose aprox 11.5 feet in 3 days. This info was gathered on waterdata.usgs.gov

Finaly wetted my first line at Raystown lake this year on Saturday. It was an early morning, leaving the house at 1:30 a and picking my friend Phares up at 2:30 a. I was not lonely and now I know why I usually do not go to the lake on weekends. Found 4 other boats in my favorite bait hole and had to take turns trolling for fish but...got a striper and managed to get one of the lakers into the boat. The other laker all earned a long distance release. The g3 jet boat and the extreme bait system bait well have proven worthy but could not do it without that lowrance HDS graph.
