Announcement! This Monday (2/1) at 6PM were offering a FREE class in our new educational series, Keystone Office Hours! The first and third Monday of every month, Woody and Zack (and whoever else has something to say) will be covering a topic about bikes and answering those questions you’ve been itching to ask a mechanic! This week we’ll cover Intro to Your Bike and basic winter maintenance tips (this week is a intro/beginner focused class!). Signups are in the link in our bio, with a Zoom link to those who sign up . This series will be 100% free, but we strongly encourage anyone who wants to attend to donate to a mutual aid or local organization of your choice. Some on our radar are @iglesiasgarden @communityactionreliefproject and @thefridgeon52nd (links to donate on their pages and in our stories this week)

Heads up! Keystone will be closed Tuesday 1/26 for our big annual Co-op meeting! Worker-owned means our business operates democratically; one person, one vote with an effort to reach an equal division of labor. This means weekly meetings, open communication, and a big yearly meeting where we set our goals for the next year and look back on the last one. Shoot us an email if you need us! . Pictured here is a sweet @allcitycycles we built up for Gary. We’re very happy with how this came out given all the bike/parts shortages that come with COVID. Spot this one speeding around after the road turns to gravel.

Our online store is live and ready for your orders! We offer shipping options, as well as free in store pick-up. If you need something that you can't find, send us an email or give us a call and we can help you out! (Please note: Although we send out packages via Priority mail, due to delays with USPS, orders placed at this time will most likely not arrive in time for the holidays. The @iglesiasgarden is a community garden in West Kensington that gives community members an opportunity to connect with each other and with the land, while also acting as a distribution center for food and other aid. A member of the garden explained that some of the goals of the project are to fight for affordable housing, advocate for community input on development plans, ending the land grab in Kensington and funding communities. Head to their page for more information on how to support or stay involved. . Photos and words by @iglesiasgarden and @cesarmural. Happy November all! It's time to announce the opening of this year's Cranksgiving Philadelphia season! As we mentioned in our previous post, for this year, Phil...abundance has set up a "virtual grocery store" page for us. Now you can shop for items from the comfort of your own home, without having to haul it on your bike! All of the money you spend in this virtual grocery store will be donated directly to Philabundance, with no delay or added logistics of physically transporting your donated food to the Philabundance warehouse. We're happy to keep this tradition alive in Philadelphia for its tenth year, and we hope that you'll join us by donating what you can. To date, we have raised close to 20,000 pounds of food and over $22,000 in monetary donations to directly benefit Philabundance. Seeing as this year is entirely virtual, we have set a tentative goal of $5,000. As a thank-you for participating in this year's Cranksgiving, we do have plans to make spoke cards for this year and send them to all who donate. The Philabundance check-out process asks for a billing address which is what we will use. If there is an updated address you would rather your spoke card be sent to, please email us at: [email protected]. Thanks in advance for your generosity and continued support of Cranksgiving Philadelphia and of Philabundance. http://phlb.convio.net/goto/cranksgiving_philly_x

Y’all know we stock @msr_gear and @snowpeakusa ? That includes Superfuel liquid gas and an incoming shipment of those Iso-Butane fuel pods you hate having to go to REI in New Jersey for. The @velo_orange and @ruthworkssf and Zacks IPhone 7 portrait mode are unrelated but just contribute to the vibe.
