Beautifully reupholstered chair! Love the richness of this fabric, and Matt did his usual magic on the wood!

Pink anyone? Just in! Unbelievably great price for these two fabrics. Imagine....draperies with the floral, roman shades with the stripe....maybe pillows, a nice small chair or bench with either one. Fabulous soft pink and gray...wow! Fall sample books are really amazing this year!

Here's another idea to consider when you want to do something totally original. A customer had some beautiful rugs he had bought years ago, and brought them in to us along with 2 old chairs that needed to be reupholstered. So we cut out some of the more interesting parts of the rugs and upholstered them onto the chairs. Check out the results....pretty cool!

Okay folks now check this out: one of our favorite customers brought us 2 chairs - one an arm chair, the other a rocker - that he pulled out of someone's basement. These were unwanted chairs about to head to the landfill! The backs were originally caned, but the caning was torn and missing in some places...just a mess! Several parts of the wood on both the chair and the rocker were also broken or missing. But our customer appreciates the old stuff and brought them to us JUST IN CASE we could do something with them. Well...have a look! How did we do? Matt suggested removing the caning and replacing with fabric, and then we put a contrast fabric on the backs. Wow! What do you think?
