PA health secretary Levine Is the total package and perfect choice for the Biden regime Levine has already established on multiple fronts that as Secretary of h...ealth in PA, Levine played favoritism towards certain major corporations and big business that pay big taxes to the powers in control in Harrisburg allowing them to open while suing others. Take HERSHEY PARK for example, Levine and team allowed them to open to 50% by claiming amusement parks or flea markets are exceptions, (clearly scientific) in spreading the virus so they are allowed to open at 50% capacity back in June 2020 However Levine filed a law suit against Carlisle Events to force closure of them and mandated others to close in the Commonwealth Court here’s an example and let me give you the pre-face since I work with Carlisle events as a independent and I’m involved in producing one of their shows Vanarama Back in the early part of last year Levine allowed Hershey park major amusement park where people of jammed on top of each other. Carlisle which has 81 acres of open land we have exceeded any occupancy square footage per person tenfold compared to what Hershey Park would have in open space comparatively Hershey park was allowed to open with high capacity yet car shows including Carlisle Events which has 81 open grass acres with a few buildings with overhangs was told they could not have more than 250 people yet thousands of people were allowed at Hershey Park So the owners of the Carlisle events car shows which have 81 acres of open grass land, took Levine and lawyers to task. Carlisle who implemented every possible form of social distancing and mitigation from plexiglass windows to no seating, no benches, multiple hand sanitizer stations at every possible location, mask enforcement etc. met and exceeded all guidelines, filed a response to the lawsuit against Levine and the state claiming among many points of hypocrisy, the non-science based inconsistencies and blatant favoritism in allowing Hershey Park to open to 50% capacity or greater and not their facility especially in Lieu of the fact that open air outdoor events pose significantly less risk of transmission of the virus based on the science fact than a place like Hershey Park with rides and congested areas where everyone’s hands are touching everyone And everything from railings shelving etc. in comparison to a wide open field Levine's health secretary lawyers started to sweat the fact that Carlisle was going to expose this fact that the secretary was making special deals with certain big corporations allowing them to open while destroying the small businesses throughout Pennsylvania The health department secretary Levine and lawyers were met with a judge that basically said this is blatant favoritism this is not based on science and I want to know how many other facilities including state fairs that are outdoor events that have been shut down and not allowed to have more than 250 people while the secretary Levine continues to allow big corporations to conduct their business. So this is the so-called qualified expert for health that aggressively goes after and Sue’s small family businesses and outdoor open field events like a car show and somehow claims the science of health and contagious disease does not apply to them . So this judge Laid into the Secretary of health Levine's attorneys. This of course threatened to expose Levine and the Governor. Levine and their lawyers created a special secret non-disclosure-based agreement allowing Carlisle to open as long as they didn’t say anything about it as if that was going to stop this once again underhand a deal from going public So here’s a link that explains it from only the perspective of the states excuse for why they made the special deal still incriminating it is not the whole truth behind the deal as Carlisle made clear in they are rebuttal. The point is Levine is classic political actor, And is the perfect recruit for any political administration who want someone they will do what they’re told and make shady deals to benefit big corporations. This is the Biden regimes mo thus far.
